You will LOVE them! After unsuccessfully trying to sell our home with another Realtor, we turned to the Simmons Sales Team. We quickly learned just how important it is to find someone who is going to work for you and not just create a listing. They advertised like crazy using social media, newspapers, mailings and more. They are also very active in the community working on committees and such. During open houses they would find ways to support local businesses by setting out samples of food from a local shop, etc. With their help we were able to sell our home and start our search for a new one!
Jake and Melissa are both great and always worked around our schedules to show us homes, day or night. Never once did they make us feel rushed into making a decision. In fact, they encouraged us to look at plenty of homes so we could make an informed and confident decision. They were always available to answer our questions and concerns. We had a long list of wants for our new home as we wanted to plant some roots but Jake and Melissa were patient with us throughout the whole process and respected our needs/wants. They are great at what they do and it shows! You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful Experience!!!!! Very knowledgeable about the area. For our first house we had to deal with a bank, so our emotions were like a roller coaster. Mel and Jake worked together and made it a fun and exciting experience. After some life changes a year and a half later we had to sell that house. So we used The Simmons Sales Team again. They suggested some smart and easy changes that helped us get an offer on our house in 2 weeks! Then we used them again to buy another house. Mel was very flexible with her time to show me houses all over the area. She found me the perfect house, for now!!!! LOL. But we will use them again for our next home.

Melissa Simmons was an amazing Realtor for our family! It was our first time buying a home and she helped us understand what we needed to do to buy a home. She recommended a wonderful lender. Right before it was time to close on the house our credit score went down a little. My family had already told our current landlord that we were moving. So we hit a very big speed bump. We had to be out of our apartment but couldn't move into our home yet. Much to our surprise Melissa had a family member with an empty house. She allowed us to stay there for a month until we were able to move into our dream home. We were so lucky. If I could do it over again I would pick Melissa every time!

We listed my mother's home for sale with the Simmons Sales Team and primarily spoke with Melissa. She was always very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. She had a strong knowledge of what needed to be done and how to get it done. When there were repairs that needed to be done to the home before the sale could be completed she did a massive amount of leg (phone) work to make the repairs happen. She located a reputable contractor at a reasonable cost that was able to complete the needed repairs in a few days. All we had to do was give our approval for what she had arranged and the house was SOLD. I cannot say enough good things about this hard working lady.

He was always very specific of what we needed and how to get it. I strongly believe he went above and beyond making many sacrifices to get us the perfect home. Not only has he helped us with buying our home in 2011, he still checks in on us to ensure were satisfied and if he can be of any help. Jake and Melissa are young and hip, they bring that to the market and actually listen to what you are looking for! I've told many friends our story of home buying they are in such awe of how smooth and easy it was. My husband and I had to make a home must have list, set a budget and sign papers. "The Simmons Sales Team is amazing!! They helped me buy a house back in July and it went very smoothly, thanks to Melissa!! But, there were a few things that the sellers didn't get finished in time for closing. Melissa and Kim assured me that they would take care of it. One thing was my back basement windows needed window well covers. They were very hard to find but they promised they would get some to fit. I noticed this week I had brand new windows well covers installed! I was so excited! They made good on their word months after my closing, and I am so grateful for their honestly and trustworthiness! This team goes above and beyond and will work hard for you, even after your closing. If they say they're going to take care of something, believe it. I highly recommend them when you're ready to buy or sell a home!"
