Don’t fret, our hands are up too! It’s a wild one out there. With housing prices at an all time high and interest rates at an impressive low, it’s both a good time to buy AND to sell. However, there are still a limited number of houses available, so you have to move quickly if you see something you love, and be prepared to keep looking if the first one you put an offer on slips through your fingers. It can be a roller coaster of emotions out there, but we’re ready to strap in and take that ride right along with you. To better prepare for your epic journey into home ownership, we suggest the following things to speed the process along:
-Know your budget
-Get pre approved from a lender
-Save some money for closing costs and/or a down payment

Gone are the times when back to school meant back to a slow real estate season. This is 2021 and anything goes. The market is still as hot as Aaron Samuels with his hair slicked back, and we are geared up and ready to show! Did you know that there’s no “burn book” in real estate, filled with off limit houses? If it’s in the MLS system, even if another agent has it listed, we are still able to show you that home! Don’t be afraid to reach out to us to set up a viewing or ask questions!
The Limit Does Not Exist
Are you nervous about the whole real estate process? It’s fine! That’s what we’re here for! Don’t be afraid to ask too many questions, look at too many homes, or that you might look silly asking certain things. We have heard it all! If you feel you’ve reached your question asking quota, here’s a friendly reminder… the limit doesn’t exist 😉
